Does Omni Price work with Returns and RMA’s in GP?
Omni Price will work with Returns in that during SOP Entry, it retrieves the pricing for an item. It cannot pull up historical information.
Omni Price works with the 5 different document types for SOP: Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Returns, and Back Orders. RMAs are not part of SOP, so there is no direct integration between Omni Price and any RMA software.
