Error:
You are receiving the following error message when attempting to enter in your Registration Keys into an old version of GP, such as GP9.0 or earlier.
The Registration Keys are Hexidecimal and can only contain the following characters: “0123456789ABCDEF”, please check and re-enter the key.
Cause:
-In GP 9.0 and earlier: Registration Keys consisted of numbers and letters.
-In GP 10.0 and newer (GP: 2010, 2013, 2013 R2, 2015, 2015 R2…): Registration Keys contain only letters.
Recommendation:
If you are using GP9.0 or earlier and received the above error, please reach out to support@rocktonsoftware.com and CC sales@rocktonsoftware.com.
You will need to request Winthrop Style Registration Keys.
