What Security Access is required for a user to be able to change their own password? The user will need access to the User Preferences window in the Company Series of the Great Plains dictionary and User Password Setup in the System Series of the Great Plains dictionary. You can use Advanced or Standard security to make the changes. Advanced Security can be used to easily check if all users have access by selecting each window in turn in the tree and checking statuses shown against the users and classes.
