Why do I keep getting asked to login as 'sa' to complete installation?

Why do I keep getting asked to login as ‘sa’ to complete installation? This can occur if the installation of Omni Tools has not successfully completed. It can also be caused by installing mixed builds of Omni Tools. If you are installing a new build of Omni Tools, please make sure that all workstations have the same dictionary installed. The dictionary can be copied from one workstation to another after the initial installation.
