How to Disable Auto Login

How can we disable Auto Login?

  1. For GP 10-Go to Tools | Setup | Dynamics GP Toolbox | System Settings.
  2. On the System Settings window double-click on Auto Login.
  3. Ensure the ‘Enable Auto Login’ checkbox is unchecked.
  4. Next, go to Tools | Setup | Dynamics GP Toolbox | Auto Login.
  5. Uncheck ‘Remember Last User During Login’ and then put a blank value in the User ID and Password fields.
  6. Lastly, log out of GP and log back in. This will update the Dex.ini file.
