Issue:
You receive the following message when you log into GP after installing Dynamics GP Toolbox.
This functionality is disabled.
Cause:
The Mentor tool is trying to open on Startup, but it has been disabled.
Resolution:
- Log into GP as ‘sa’
- Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Setup | Dynamics GP Toolbox | System Settings.
- Open Mentor from the list of tools.
- Mark the check box to Enable Mentor.
- Click OK
- Log out of GP and log back in to ensure the message goes away
