How can I set up a search on Item Number and Item Description for Company A, and just Item Number for Company B in SmartFill?

Is it possible for SmartFill to do a search on Item Number and Item Description for Company A, and a search on just Item Number for Company B?

Resolution:

Yes. In this case, you would need to do the following:

1. Make a copy of the SmartFill Items object by importing it.
2. Change the name from ‘Items’ to whatever name you would like.
3. Click on the Access button and assign the correct company.
4. Edit the search and display data as appropriate, then Save the object.
5. Open the existing Items object and follow steps 3 and 4.

Note: It is important to never change the object access to the same companies or All Companies.
