After Creating a New Company Database, the Crystal Reports will not Pull Data from the New Company

Issue:

After you created a new company database, none of your Crystal reports consistently pull data from the new company.

 

 

 

Cause:

 

Cause 1: The Save Data with Report option is selected on the Crystal report. (See Resolution 1.)

 

Cause 2: The correct DSN Name for all Crystal reports or for a specific Crystal report is not selected. (See Resolution 1.)

 

Cause 3: The database has not been updated on the Crystal report. (See Resolution 2.)

 

Cause 4: The individual tables are not pointing to the new database on the Crystal report. (See Resolution 2.)
