Why does my Crystal report not use my printer preferences (eg., stapling, double-sided, etc.)?
Newer builds of DRM use the .NET Crystal Report Viewer, which is owned by the company that owns Crystal reports. This Viewer is bundled within the Report Engine of our DRM product.
Once a Crystal report prints to the .NET Crystal Report Viewer, DRM and the Report Engine have no further influence on the report, or the printing of it. So, since this issue is beyond the controls of DRM, and since that part of the .NET Crystal Report Viewer cannot be modified, it is not something we can change.
