Issue:
When you click Save on the PC Employee Setup window, you receive the following warning message.
Pay Codes have not been assigned to this employee. PC Time & Expense Entry will not function without Pay Code assignments.
Resolution:
- In the PC Employee Setup window, select an Employee.
- Click TE Entry Options.
- In the Default Time Pay Code field, select a Pay Code from the list.
- In the Default Expense Pay Code field, select a Pay Code from the list.
- Click OK.
- Click Save and close the PC Employee Setup window.
