Error:
When attempting to logon to the Time & Expense portal, you receive the following error.
Get Emulate Users failed: A database upgrade is in process. Please try again later.
Cause:
The user has access to a database which is set to restrict or single-user mode.
Resolution:
- Go to Project Cost | Setup | System User Setup.
- Unmark the Company with restricted access mode.
- Click Save and close the window.
