Bring Project Cost Transaction Entry Window Back Onto Screen

This article replaces TK00132.

Issue:

When the Project Cost transaction window pops open, it opens and then falls off screen.

Cause:

This is a sporadic issue that occurs when Microsoft Windows opens a window.  It is not a Project Cost related issue.

Resolution:

1. Hold down Shift key while right-clicking the program in the Taskbar.
2. Select Move.
3. Use your mouse or the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the window back onto the screen.

Note: In some instances, you may have to select Restore and then go back and select Move.
