Error:
When running reports in DRM you receive the following error.
Could not load a transcoding service - Xerces Panic Error
Resolution:
To resolve this error, follow these steps:
1. Right-click on the DRMCI11.exe.
2. Select Properties.
3. Click the Compatibility tab.
4. Mark the box for Run this program in compatibility mode.
5. From the drop-down menu, select Windows XP.
6. Click Apply.
7. Click OK.
