Several buttons in the Group Maintenance window are grayed out

Issue:

The following buttons are grayed out in the Group Maintenance window:

• Save
• Delete
• Actions
• Add Audit
• Delete Audit

Cause:

Auditor Security information is missing or damaged.

Resolution:

1. Log into Microsoft Dynamics GP as sa.
2. Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Setup | Auditor | Auditor Setup.
3. Click the Troubleshooting tab.
4. Click Re-add Security Data.
5. Click OK.
6. Have the User log out and log back into Microsoft Dynamics GP.
