How do I create a new folder in the DRM Report Menu Tree?
You can specify a “group” for each of your Reports and Launch Points, these two items can be expanded to show their groups as folders. This can be helpful in organizing a large number of these objects.
Steps:
- Open the Report Maintenance window for the specific report, or the Launch Point for the specific Launch Point
- In the “Optional report Group” field, type in the name of the Group/Folder name you want.
- Click the Save button.
- Close the DRM Explorer and then re-open it to refresh the folder list.
You will now see your new folder under the Admin View and under the My View.
Note: The new Group/Folder will show up for all users.
