Create a new Report or Launch Point folder

How do I create a new folder in the DRM Report Menu Tree?

You can specify a “group” for each of your Reports and Launch Points, these two items can be expanded to show their groups as folders. This can be helpful in organizing a large number of these objects.

Steps:

  1. Open the Report Maintenance window for the specific report, or the Launch Point for the specific Launch Point
  2. In the “Optional report Group” field, type in the name of the Group/Folder name you want.
  3. Click the Save button.
  4. Close the DRM Explorer and then re-open it to refresh the folder list.

You will now see your new folder under the Admin View and under the My View.

Note: The new Group/Folder will show up for all users.
