DRM email engine and POP mail hosted at an ISP

Subject:
Compatibility of the DRM email engine and the POP mail hosted at an ISP.

More Information:

The DRM email engine releases dated after January 2012 will work with Outlook, CRM, and SMTP. If the POP mailbox at your ISP is on a SMTP server, then it should work but has not been tested.

If you select Outlook for your Email Client, then you must have Outlook installed and a profile set up. If you want DRM to send emails, you need to have Outlook open on the workstation where the emails are being sent from.

If you select SMTP for your Email Client, then the username and password specified here must have permission to send email through the SMTP Server.
