Error:
When trying to import a Crystal Report in the Transfer Manager window in Dynamics Report Manager (DRM), you receive the following warning message:
This version/build of DRM does not support Transfer Version 0.0. It only supports version 3.0. Click the Convert button to convert it to the current version.
Cause:
The Transfer Manager window is used to import and export DRM Reports, Batch Reports, and Launch Points setups.
Resolution:
The resolution to import a Crystal Report, for example, into DRM is to use the Import Reports window (go to Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Utilities | Dynamics Report Manager | Import Reports). This window allows you to import in numerous Crystal and SQL Server Reporting Service reports without having to setup them up individually in DRM. The Global Report Defaults in the Global Report Defaults window also help with setting up the necessary information in the Report Maintenance window.
