Exchange Rate Import not loading rates into GP

Issue:

Exchange Rate Import is not loading rates into Dynamics GP.

Cause:

Password for GP admin “sa” was reset or changed.

Resolution:

1. Open Task Scheduler.
2. Select Exchange Rate Import task, right-click and select Properties.
3. Click Change User or Group.
4. In the Enter the object name to select text field, type ‘SYSTEM’ .
5. Click Check Names.
6. Click OK to close the windows.
7. Re-open the Properties window.
8. Ensure Run whether user is logged on or not option is marked.
9. Ensure Run with highest privileges is checked.
10. Click OK and close the Task Scheduler.

Note: Ensure the SYSTEM account has permissions to the Exchange Rate Import sub-directory.
