How do I fix errors on my Auditor report relating to INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE triggers existing for the wrong database?

Resolution:

You will need to run the Reconcile process and Remove stranded items.

Steps:

1. Go to Tools>>Setup>>Auditor>>Auditor Setup
2. On the Setup tab, click on Reconcile
3. Select Remove stranded items
4. Click the Process button
