How to Set Internet Explorer Compatibility View Settings

The steps here describe how to set the Internet Explorer Compatibility View settings, if using Internet Explorer 9 (or newer).

Resolution:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools.
3. Select Compatibility View settings.
4. Type in or copy the name of the website and click Add.
5. Ensure the box for Display intranet sites in Compatibility view is checked.
6. Click Close.

Note: If the Menu bar is not active, press the Alt key to display.
