Otherwise, you could run into multiple emails of the same report getting sent. For example, if User A has the Report Scheduler open because it is emailing a report and User B has it open too, it’s possible because the report is in the middle of emailing from User A workstation, that User B workstation Report Scheduler is trying to email that same report because it doesn’t see that it is being, or has been emailed yet.
