How do I keep the invalid registration key message from popping up after I installed Auditor in the GP test company? This pop up message is there to inform the System Admin that the keys are invalid for Auditor. This is important for a System Admin to know because when the keys are invalid, Auditor will not function correctly and audits will be missed.
To stop this pop up window from showing upon logging in to GP, your UserID needs to NOT be an Auditor Admin. You can go to the Auditor System Settings window (Tools>>Setup>>Auditor>>Auditor Setup>>System Settings) and uncheck the box next to your User ID.
