Error:
When you install a Rockton Software product, you may receive the following message.
UNC is not supported
Cause:
Our products have an executable file that requires the product download files be located at a non-UNC path location. A non-UNC path location example would be C:\Folder\Files\Somewhere.txt.
Resolution:
If you have the download files saved at a UNC path such as \\Server\Folder\Files\somewhere, please move them to a non-UNC path location and try the installation again.
