Crystal Report not Printing New Data

Issue:

When printing a Crystal report, new data is not displaying.

Resolution:

DRM will not display refreshed data if Save Data in Crystal is marked.

1. In Crystal Reports, click File.
2. Unmark Save Data with Report.

This needs to be unchecked for DRM to display refreshed data.
