You Don’t Have Enough Security Privileges To Access This Window

Error:

When processing a transaction on the GP Payables Transaction Entry window and you receive the following error message.

You don't have security privileges to access this window.

Cause:

The Security Task ID ‘CARD_PC_PROCESS_02’ is missing from the non-standard GP Security Role.

Resolution:

1. Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Setup | System| Security Roles.
2. Select or enter the Role ID.
3. Mark the Security Task ID CARD_PC_PROCESS_02.
4. Click Save and close the window.

Note: If you have created a non-standard GP Security Task, you must add all the Project Cost Tasks (example for v12.01 or earlier include Dummy & PC Create Payable Transactions).
